Founder & CEO

Kgosi Motsile Mosiah

Founder, Director & Executive Producer

Having worked across the North West economy as a fund manager channelling investment into mining communities, a media producer telling provincial stories, and an event producer convening the conversations that move the province forward — the founder encountered the same gap in every role: a province overflowing with entrepreneurial energy, but with no platform large enough or credible enough to celebrate it.

The NWBA is the answer. Not a vanity award. Not a Gauteng-centric platform parachuting in. A provincially owned, provincially governed, and provincially celebrated institution — built to last five editions and beyond.
